Relationship & Psychosexual Psychotherapy

Relationship difficulties and sexual concerns can affect every aspect of our lives, leaving us feeling distressed, disconnected or uncertain about how to move forward. Therapy offers an opportunity to understand these difficulties more deeply and create meaningful change.

I am a relationship and psychosexual psychotherapist trained at Tavistock Relationships in London. I work with adult individuals and couples experiencing difficulties in their relationships, intimacy, or sexual lives.

I offer a confidential and supportive space to explore challenges such as communication difficulties, conflict, loss of intimacy, sexual concerns, infidelity, life transitions, and recurring relationship patterns.

I work online with individuals and couples from all cultural backgrounds and welcome heterosexual, gay, lesbian and LGBTQ+ clients. Some couples seek support to strengthen their relationship and rebuild connection, while others are navigating separation. I also work with individuals who wish to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the difficulties they are facing.

Sessions are available online in both English and French.
